Advisor hub

The hub provides advisors with news and updates from Audley’s trade sales team and access to a free suite of marketing materials, including:

•             Window posters for a variety of destinations

•             Mini-brochures containing inspiring travel content

•             Social media ads to help advisors promote Audley trips on their Facebook, Instagram or Twitter feeds

•             Videos to share online or in-store

•             Logos and images to promote Audley in advisors’ own marketing

The solo call-to-action on all materials is to ‘contact your local independent travel advisor’ and the hub also gives advisors easy access to Audley’s team to ask their advice about itineraries.

Worldwide brochure

Audley has launched a digital brochure for travel advisors with information about its top trips and destinations worldwide with all call-to-actions to ‘contact your local independent travel advisor’, instead of the Audley website or reservation phone numbers.

‘The world your way’ brochure has been designed to inspire clients for their next Audley journey and includes handpicked stays in favorite destinations around the world, exclusive experiences and unique sample itineraries crafted by Audley’s specialists.

It features Audley’s 44 best-selling destinations, with each one introduced by a country specialist showcasing their unparalleled local knowledge and passion having traveled extensively or lived there. Readers will also see advice, tips and comments from Audley’s expert local guides and clients who have traveled to the destination to really bring the possibilities for the reader’s bespoke trip to life. The brochure also includes narrative from Audley’s specialists about the itinerary design process, reassuring clients about the attention to detail and service they can expect before, during and after their trip.

The brochure focuses on showing the reader what visiting a destination with Audley would be like. Each regional destination chapter introduces typical Audley experiences, for example cooking signature regional dishes in a private home kitchen with a local chef in Italy, an early morning photography tour of Angkor Wat in Cambodia or joining a research team in Uganda’s forests to help habituate a new troop of gorillas to aid their conservation.

Travel advisors can also order physical copies and request that a copy is sent (free of charge) to a prospective client together with a brief cover letter and call to action to contact the advisor directly.
